1. Culture and Nature in Indonesia
After arriving in Java we take a taxi to a small boutique hotel in the centre of Yogyakarta. After a refreshing dip in the pool we go out for delicious food to enjoy the Indonesian cuisine.
The next day we are welcomed by rickshaws. We experience Indonesia through experiencing all the different scents and sounds. Making several stops at Kraton Palace, the old town or the batik museum.
The following day we go cycling through rice fields which will bring us to the impressive Prambanan temples.
After a few city and culture days, it is time for nature! In East Java are the enormous Bromo and Ijen volcanoes. Although we have to wake up early, the sun rise view after a short walk in the morning is breathtaking! Marvelling at the sunrise and after that we enjoy a well deserved delicious breakfast at the cabin.
2. City and culture in Cambodia
We discover Phnom Penh the capital of Cambodia, which is known for its French-colonial buildings and royal palaces. We visit several museums and enjoy the culinary restaurants and characteristic bars. The city has many different small boutique shops where we can go shopping.
To discover the countryside of Cambodia in the north we travel by private taxi. In the mysteriously hidden jungle of Cambodia we admire the world's most beautiful temple complex Angkor Wat (Khmer ruins).
After an intense sightseeing day we take a refreshing dip in the pool. We end the day with dinner at one of the restaurants in the city of Siem Reap.
3. Beach holiday in Thailand
While looking over the see from the beach we experience the ultimate holiday feeling with a cocktail in our hand. The next day we enjoy breakfast overlooking white beaches and blue sea.
We rent a scooter and explore the island. Visiting beautiful Buddhist temples and small villages. After a day of scooter riding we relax on the beach to eat delicious fresh fish. The next day we take a snorkel excursion by boat with picnic on the beach.
During the Thai cooking course in the evening, we learn how to make our own local delights. The next day we treat ourselves with a traditional Thai massage and another spa treatment before heading to our next destination.
